Separate written terms may apply to a paid workshop, organisational licence, partnership, or other commercial service. Those terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

• Do not abuse public forms, automated submissions, the leaderboard, or public endpoints
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, interfere with, or overload the public service
• Do not impersonate another person or submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, or confidential material you are not entitled to share

If you send feedback, a bug report, or a contact request, you keep ownership of your message but allow it to be reviewed and used to respond, support the service, and investigate abuse.

A completed game may submit the name entered by a player and game results to the public leaderboard. Use a nickname if you do not want a real name stored or displayed, and do not submit another person's name without permission.

The £495 online checkout is only for an organisation that has already agreed its pilot scope with us in writing. £495 is the full one-time checkout amount, not a deposit or recurring subscription. Boyce Property Services Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The written confirmation must identify the date, duration, delivery format, participant limit, facilitator, included materials, invoice treatment, and the applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms.

The written confirmation, these website terms, and the Stripe payment confirmation form the booking record. If they conflict, the written workshop confirmation controls the workshop-specific scope and cancellation terms. If we cancel and cannot provide an agreed replacement, the workshop payment will be refunded.

The public site and game may change, pause, or be removed without notice. We aim for continuity, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that game content is professional, legal, financial, engineering, or climate-policy advice.

Sustain-air-bility® is a registered trademark. The branding, game content, site copy, screenshots, and public assets remain protected content unless a page explicitly says they are available for reuse.

You may link to the public website and share the supplied press assets for accurate coverage. Any other copying, adaptation, commercial use, or suggestion of endorsement requires prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, the free public service is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights in the place where they live and may bring proceedings in any court entitled to hear their claim. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may block abusive traffic, remove access to public routes, remove inappropriate leaderboard entries, or discard submissions that violate these terms or anti-spam protections.
