These terms are meant to set expectations around access, acceptable use, content submitted through public forms, and how the public game site may change over time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse public forms, automated submissions, or the contact/newsletter endpoints
Do not attempt to break, scrape, interfere with, or overload the public service
Do not impersonate another person or claim false press, partner, or educator status

Your submissions

If you send feedback, a bug report, or a contact request, you keep ownership of your message but you allow us to review and respond to it for operational purposes.

Do not send unlawful, infringing, threatening, or confidential material you are not entitled to share.

Availability and changes

The public site and game may change, pause, or be removed without notice. We aim for continuity, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Brand and content

Sustain-air-bility branding, site copy, screenshots, and public assets remain protected content unless a page explicitly says they are available for reuse.

Enforcement

We may block abusive traffic, remove access to public routes, or discard submissions that violate these terms or our anti-spam protections.
